Cath Ellerton is an emerging indie-pop songstress based in Brisbane, Queensland. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Hope D, Conan Grey and San Cisco, Cath plays with harmony and reverb to create a uniquely spacey sound in her original music. Although her confessional style of songwriting explores personal experiences and emotions specific to her, she invites her listeners to connect with her through shared experiences and interpret her lyrics however they wish.
Cath will release her debut single Everything You Wanted with QUT’s student-run record label Vermilion Records in October 2021. Her upcoming debuts at The Triffid and La Boite’s Sunset Sessions are sure to establish her as one to watch in the local indie music scene!
