Lonely Sort of Death

Lonely Sort of Death are a Brisbane-based post-punk/alt-rock band blending bass-driven arrangements, atmospheric guitars, and legato violin.

Inspired by Interpol, Fontaines D.C., and early U2, their sound balances restraint and intensity while pairing personal lyrics with politics. Following the release of their 2024 EP Shaver, the band have shared stages with Daydreamers, Pilot Crisis and Clay Pigeons, and continue to build their live performances in preparation for their upcoming album.
