For those of you that are new here, Vermilion Records is Queensland University of Technology’s very own not-for-profit, student-run record label. Our roster of emerging talent are current students or alumni of QUT, and we consider ourselves a stepping stone for passionate musicians and students who are keen to work in the music industry.
The Vermilion Records blog will be your one stop shop for the freshest new music, exciting interviews with bands and artists, the most up-to-date music news, gig announcements, and much, much more! We are a blog that is run by students, for students, and we can’t wait to bring you the content you’ve always wanted!
For most of you it’s probably reaching the end of Semester, and the sweet smell of the three month-long Summer holiday is just around the corner. Here at Vermilion we know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed with assessment, so sit back, relax (as much as you can), and stay tuned for what we’ve got to come over the next few weeks.
