20th Century Boy is a post-punk band from Meanjin that are quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. Their eclectic sounds weds dissonant feedback and distortion with classic pop structures and sing-along melody, lyrically weaving in topics ranging from video games and film sets to digital apocalypse and burnout.

They’re often silly, they’re often sincere - and they mean every word, even when they don’t. No two songs in the set sound alike - and yet they all sound like 20th Century Boy.
